The adage , β€˜β€™ use it or loose it β€˜β€™is not only limited to the rugby field .The brain , like muscle can atrophy due to a sedentary life style , the reverse is also very true , even for our senior citizens , weight training will help in muscle development , bone density gains , cardio-vascular fitness and space awareness .Unfortunately society is too quick to retire our older ones to a rocking chair instead of helping our older ones learn to rely on themselves in many areas that we usually under-estimate them to be capable of .

Its never too late

Improves space and body awareness

Cut down avoidable falls

Learn to get up of the floor on your own

A measure of independence and dignity

All training very controlled

Give an old lady an opportunity to make a cup of tea for a visitor weekly .
