The playing fields are never even !, some have great genetics , natural ability and favorable circumstances .Many sports greats were late bloomers , usually because they were poorly conditioned and therefore less empowered physically and also mentally .Armed with the right knowledge and conditioning , an athlete can go a long way in preventing injuries and in avoiding the adaption of bad biomechanics which one would have to unlearn later in ones sports career .There are no short cuts to acquiring a set of good skills and physical conditioning .
